We are seeking a highly skilled DIRECTOR OF LABORATORY SERVICES to lead our clinical laboratory team at HCA Florida West Marion Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing the 24-hour operations of the clinical laboratory and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
Maintain accurate records and reports, including quality assessment and improvement data
Provide training and guidance to laboratory staff
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services
Requirements :
Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in a related field
State of Florida Supervisors License in at least three areas
Five years of experience at a supervisory level in a clinical laboratory setting
