Job Summary and Qualifications
The Onboarding Admin Tier II is a member of the HR Service Center team, responsible for providing customer service and support to HR colleagues and candidates through management of the candidate’s onboarding process. You will perform administrative and transactional activities in support of these functions, including but not limited to initiating pre-employment screenings as applicable, sending correspondence to candidates, following up on new hire paperwork and confirming the candidate to ensure the planned start date is achieved. The Onboarding Coordinator will be engaged to seek ongoing performance improvement opportunities in all areas related to the successful onboarding of candidates for the assigned market, division, or line of business. The Onboarding Coordinator will be assigned to facilities or markets within divisions or lines of business.
What you will do in this role:
- Initiating pre-employment processes related to Foreign Official (FO/FO) questions, consent forms, background check and drug screen if applicable
- Coordinate changes of start date with HR Colleagues
- Partners with facilities to ensure candidates are meeting Employee Health Requirements
- Manages Remote I-9 Process for new hires
- Utilize tools and resources to ensure candidate is flowing through system(s) and processes appropriately and timely.
- Provide ongoing communication to HR colleagues regarding candidate status
- Review and Approve hire actions for new hires
- Exceed established productivity and error rate metrics as outlined, trained and published by Management.
- Uphold and emulate HCA values as outlined in the Code of Conduct, Staff Expectations, Mission and Values Statement
- Perform required tasks in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
What you should have for this role:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1 or more years of experience in relevant work experience
