Position Overview:
HCA seeks a part-time 20-hour compassionate and dedicated worker to join our organization in the Community Habilitation Provider role, working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings.
Provide education, instruction, direct services, and supports to empower and enable individuals to achieve their stated goals and to live as optimally as possible. Facilitate community inclusion, integration, and relationship building.
There is a sign-on bonus of up to $750 for this position.

Qualifications And Knowledge
- Must maintain all required training and certifications, including AMAP (Approved Medication Administration Personnel), CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
- Good verbal, written, interpersonal, organization, and active listening skills.
- Good organizational & time management skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Skilled problem solver.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Associate degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years working with the developmentally disabled.
- High school diploma and 5 years working with the developmentally disabled.
