Position :

Accounting Associate

Pay Range :

40,000 - $55,000 based on experience

Shift : 7 : 30 AM to 4 PM

Primary Function :

Supports the Accounting Department by performing routine tasks to maintain accurate financial records for the Company

Job Duties :

• Manage daily cash reports
• Record general ledger entries
• Assist with month-end close processes
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Conduct account analysis and reconciliations
• Ensure proper recording and processing of all Accounts Payable
• Prepare weekly check runs
• Ensure proper recording of all invoices and credits to customer accounts
• Communicate with external and internal contacts to rectify discrepancies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial data
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety rules
• Maintains ISO 9001 compliance in all activities
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Perform other duties as assigned
