What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Representative position at HCI Heaton Construction Inc?
We are looking for customer-oriented representative, a CSR will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and setting up appointments as well as resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSR's are genuinely excited to assist customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. The goal is to respond efficiently to customers appointments, inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Manage large amounts of incoming calls
* Identify and asses customers needs to achieve satisfaction
* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up if necessary
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions
Skills:
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
* Computer knowledge
