Our Wake Forest practice is looking for a Call Center Representative who will act as the liaison between staff and all potential and current patients. The successful candidate will support the Call Center by creating and maintaining new patient profiles, scheduling referred patients, and answering or re-directing calls to respective departments, all while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision.
Expectations:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics/situations
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research potential issues and provide a solution
- Maintain consistent communication between our offices and patients
- Build sustainable relationships and engage with patients by going the extra mile
- Keep record of all conversations in company database
- Attend meetings/seminars to maintain and improve knowledge and performance level
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center setting highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Google Suite, calendar management, and dental software preferred, not required
- Bilingual speaking capabilities (English/Spanish) preferred, not required
- Customer focused with the ability to adapt to many different personalities
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
$18-$22/hr
