Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, we are in search of Basketball Coaches for our summer camps! If you have knowledge and experience playing or coaching youth basketball, then this position is for you!
Requirements
In joining our team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading youth basketball camps
- Greeting and welcoming participants, parents, and guests
- Ensuring sessions are high energy, fun, safe, and organized to create a positive experience for participants
- Assisting with organizing, setting up, and cleaning up before and after camps
- Participating in staff meetings and training sessions

- An enthusiastic, energetic, and positive personality!
- Experience working with children and knowledge of basketball
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills, including the ability to listen and respond appropriately to children and adults
- A strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
- Flexible daytime availability throughout the summer from 9 am – 4 pm
- The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Previous coaching or camp experience preferred, but not required
- Competitive pay based on experience starting at $14 /hour
