Role/Responsibilities

• As Guidewire Lead candidate needs to work with the team on requirement elicitation , design documents, and workshop participation to provide technical leadership, mentorship and support for customer and implementation teams in implementing and optimizing Guidewire solutions.
• Responsible for providing technical guidance to the other members to define, advocate, and implement best Guidewire practices.
• As a Technical Lead participate in technical review for Guidewire design to study technical alternatives, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations.
• Demonstrate experience in explaining complex technology decisions to Developer s ,QA and non-functional teams for supporting guidewire products.
• Develop business logics to customize GW products specifically in Policy-Center.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements:

• Academic qualifications/Level of Education - Preferably an undergraduate / associate level degree / diploma from an accredited institution, in Computer Science / Statistics / Applied Mathematics / EE / Electronics or, any equivalent technical field of study. Applications are also invited from candidates with major in Software Engineering / Information Technology / Management Information Systems.
• Proficient into guidewire technology stack with extensive implementation experience in Guidewire Policy Center V10 and above
• Professionally Certified resource as Guidewire Associate & Guidewire Ace.
• Expertise in Guidewire insurance product, specifically into Guidewire Policy Center.
• Proven experience in modernization /transformation for P&C insurance suite.
• Professional expertise in Guidewire related integrations, Implementations, and delivery.
• Proficient into Design and implement policy transformation strategies and roadmaps to meet business goals and value drivers.
• Proficient with API s Integrations i.e., Restful API , Swagger API.
• Proven experience in workflow, batch process, work queue implementation and expertise in Guidewire related integrations and delivery.
• Proven experience in end-to-end Guidewire implementation knowledge, Estimation, planning, and development processes.
• In-depth knowledge in coding standards, review process, branching and merging strategies & DevOps practice.
• Proficient in integration mechanisms, Data model, Rules, and Configurations.
• Professional expertise and experience in Guidewire Insurance Suite , refining requirements and any of the public cloud.
• Professional and technical understanding on various Guidewire platform and interwork.
• Expertise in resolving issues, integrations, logging, and monitoring with other vendor products.
• Professionally strong communication and team coordination skills for resolving mismatches in technical requirements through communication with guidewire.

Desired Qualifications

• Keeping up with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines in an often ambiguous and changing environment.
• Understanding the need for transparency and visibility into project reporting.
• PCF Screen (user Interface) development
• LOB Mapping
• Nice to have Claim Center & Billing Center experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $64000 (or $31 per hour)

Pay Range Maximum: $130900 (or $63 per hour)

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
