Role Description

We are looking for experienced professionals in Financial Institution Quality Assurance

Role Objectives

• Develop and Implement Automation Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive automation strategies to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Test Planning and Execution: Oversee the creation of detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Continuous Integration: Ensure the integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to maintain continuous quality.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and product quality.
• Performance Testing: Oversee performance and load testing to ensure the software meets performance requirements.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in software testing and automation.

Required Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

15 years of professional experience in delivering large multifunctional projects. Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing and automation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Strong experience with scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Using Gen AI model for Test Automation
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Knowledge of LLM models

Leadership Skills:

• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range Minimum: $93,000
• Pay Range Maximum: $191,400

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
