What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst position at HCL Technologies?
To be responsible for accurate and timely sorting, prioritizing, keying, verification, validation of data and perform quality review and process fulfillment ensuring client requirement are met. (1.) To maintain company safeguards to protect confidential client information, identify & communicate erroneous, inaccurate, and/or inefficient output/processes to leadership and participate in problem resolutions. (2.) To order inventory based on weekly usage and maintain resource & asset protection practices to control sensitive & perishable client inventory. (3.) To organize, prioritize and prepare printed documents (letters, envelopes, coupons, checks, enclosure) & shipping material and fulfill all outgoing material based on client instructions. (4.) To perform data entry function such as key in alpha/numeric/symbolic data from source documents into various software programs, ensure correctness & completeness of all outgoing material. (5.) To perform quality review of completed material(self/peer's), prepare outgoing material & billing invoice for mail/postage processing and prepare & submit electronic reports for total completed/rejected output.
