What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Director position at HCL Technologies?
To define program management strategy and provide direction for execution in alignment with the program objectives. (1.) To drive program implementation, identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth management of all the programs. (2.) To manage program budget, operations & deliverables for multiple programs by removing roadblocks for smooth program management (3.) To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery. Eg: Works closely with other technical advisors/ CTO/ CIO in customer organizations and external vendors as required to manage cross-functional prioritization, execution, issue/risk identification, and resolution (4.) To establish, track & review KPI/Metrics and manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interest of multiple programs. (5.) To develop strategy and direction for meeting the overall objective.
