The individual will perform sales role for LATAM Clients. They will beexpected to attend meetings with potential Clients to determine thetechnical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessaryinformation is collated prior to producing a solution. They will beresponsible for new software business offerings in a professionalmanner and to agreed timeframes. They will work continuously onthe long-term success of the account in concert with other HCLemployees and partners.As a Sales Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be tosell HCL SW solutions to both new prospects and existing customerswithin a given territory with a primary focus on acquiring new clients.You will be a high energy self motivated individual with responsibilityfor developing and managing sales campaigns through forecasting,account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. You willdevelop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the solutionas well as participating in the development, presentation and salesof the value proposition. You will be responsible for negotiatingpricing and contractual terms to agree and close the sale. You willIdentify and develop strategic alignment with key third partyinfluencers developing a robust pipeline strategy and sales plan tocover the designated territory effectively. Additional responsibilities include: Managing your opportunities within the CRM system throughall 6 stages of the sale Accurately managing your forecast in line with HCL linearity Cultivating expertise in industry trends impacting therelevant sector and leveraging this knowledge to drive salesinitiatives. Collaborating with Business Development, Pre-Sales, andMarketing teams to identify and generate new opportunities. Providing strategic guidance to key stakeholders on the valuepropositions of HCL Software s SaaS Application solutions. Partnering effectively with our extensive network of partnersto maximize sales potential.Required Skills/Experience: Demonstrated track record as a top performer in a sales role.
