Let's shape the future of localization together. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of work experience with database systems, SQL, Python, PHP
• Understanding of the Regular Expression (RegEx), JSON, XML
• Experience with creating pipelines and dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritize tasks, and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities
• Configure localization tools and automate translation workflows to ensure a precise and efficient localization process
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards and reports to support localization operations and enhance efficiency
• Implement automation solutions to deliver immediate and tactical results
• Own end-to-end of issue management, triage, prioritization, effective communication with requesters, and lead thorough investigations to successful bug / error resolution and delivery
• Review and monitor data for issues on assigned projects, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist non-technical team members with implementing solutions
• Maintain documentation of changes and best practices Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with translation system configuration, translation workflow automation, localization process and dealing with localization issues
• Knowledge of PHP, React, XML and / or other web development technologies
• Familiarity with source code version control systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions
