As an Organizational Change Management Leader, you will play a key role in driving change adoption in business transformation initiatives.


Requirements

  • Must have deep and broad experience in Organizational Change Management
  • Must have PLM experience; exposure to PLM implementation processes, standard operating procedures, experience communicating and designing training programs.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Orlando, Florida


Formal Certification and Training:

Formal certification is strongly preferred for this role. If you are not currently certified in this discipline, HCL expects you to be working towards a formal OCM credential such as Prosci Change Practitioner or Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™).


Expected Skills and Capabilities:

  • Define the timing, frequency, stakeholder groups, message content, senders, media types, and feedback loops required for a formal communication planning effort
  • Develop key messages for targeted audiences in support of a communication plan
  • Deliver relevant and timely information using a variety of vehicles in support of a communication plan
  • Conduct gap analysis to assess current and future state organizational capabilities
  • Gather educational requirements and determine the proportion of instructional materials to reference documentation
  • Understand adult learning theory and incorporate appropriate techniques into courseware design
  • Design and develop instructional courseware that covers specific training around a set of desired skills and behaviors or general instruction on a particular topic
  • Conduct training sessions tailored to specific client audiences
  • Assess performance metrics for current-state entities (business processes, capabilities, change readiness, etc.)
  • Establish performance goals for future-state entities (business processes, capabilities, change readiness, etc.) based on client needs, best practices, and competitor performance measures
  • Interpret and present gap analysis results
  • Recommend an appropriate course of action for making the transition to the future-state business area
  • Build the case for action from data gathered through a variety of techniques (e.g., workshops, work sessions, assessments, surveys, and interviews)
  • Apply prescribed techniques to measure organizational entities such as performance, satisfaction, learning, resistance to or readiness for change
  • Develop role-based training curricula for in-scope roles in the change initiative
  • Be able to explain the benefits and limitations of various training delivery modes: computer-based modules, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and hybrid content delivery
  • Develop the training approach, training plan, and implementation timeline
  • Collect and assimilate performance information that illustrates the difference between current and desired states
  • Apply prescribed techniques to measure entities such as performance, satisfaction, learning, resistance to or readiness for change
  • Demonstrate the ability to collect data, coordinate and participate in development activities, and support the implementation of change strategies related to a business redesign release
  • Execute change-related assessments such as stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, capability gap assessment, change management maturity assessment, and sponsor capability assessment
  • Plan and implement stakeholder engagement activities including change agent network meetings and change impact workshops
  • Be able to explain the role that culture (values, attitudes, beliefs) plays when defining and implementing a successful organizational change strategy
  • Understand the purpose, roles, and activities related to a solution demonstration lab (SDL) and participate in applying this technique during the redesign of organizational structures
  • Collect data and define requirements for job descriptions, competency-based role profiles, and career path models
  • Develop and drive the implementation of job descriptions, competency-based role profiles, and career path models
  • Conduct role-mapping activities to support process enablement
  • Collect data and define requirements for performance appraisal systems and reward and recognition programs
  • Develop components for and support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and reward and recognition programs
  • Determine the impact of technical trends on the project and the client enterprise
  • Design reference documentation structure to cover scope of on-line help, user manuals and other reference materials
  • Develop reference documentation content including on-line help, user manuals and other reference materials
  • Review reference documentation and training content from a content perspective
  • Drive development of reference documentation and training material
  • Design and implement Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs
  • Coach others in communication best practices and principles
  • Understand the value of correct communication timing, tailored comms content, appropriate senders of messages, and proper collection of feedback to assess effectiveness.
  • Adhere to delivery assurance principles and procedures as appropriate for your area of responsibility
  • Contribute to business transformation strategy sessions and process redesign discussions
  • Identify the business areas in greatest need of change using client needs, best practices, and competitor performance measures
  • Identify a set of principles, constraints and assumptions that are applied to redesigned or improved business process
  • Prepare and present team-level weekly status reports and task sheets that clearly outline issues and progress
  • Contribute to and manage the tracking of business-focused and people-related project issues
  • Manage the scope of assigned tasks to stay within project estimates and proactively alert project management to out-of- scope conditions
  • Contribute to defining the structure of your client assignment (e.g. project plan/scope, statement of work, pricing strategy)
  • Maintain an awareness of how clients’ business needs drive technology solutions
  • Gain a comfort level with the client’s organizational structure, operating principles, and general business practices
  • Build credibility and partnership with appropriate client personnel through planned participation in selected client meetings, presentations, and working sessions
  • Contribute to OCM components of business development efforts – RFPs, RFIs, etc.
  • Represent Organizational Agility and Digital Consulting in client presentations
  • Be recognized by Digital Consulting and the business development community for your knowledge of organizational change concepts, issues, methods, and techniques
  • Actively participate in status, team-building, and all-hands meetings with project staff
  • Demonstrate strong written communication skills & presentation skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications


Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $65,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $133,100 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
