Role / Responsibilities
- 3 years of work experience in Procurement and / or Supply Chain
- Must be comfortable with leading negotiations with Suppliers to deliver favorable price variances and CIPs for the business
- Experience with leading or participating on cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in analyzing spend data and supplier performance
- Knowledgeable of Procurement & Sourcing Strategies (RFI, RFP, RFQ)
- Supplier Management
- Communication and Stakeholder Management
- The Ability to Influence without Authority
- Familiarity with Cost Modeling Analysis
- Advanced Skills in Microsoft Office Programs (Experience with MS Power BI is highly desired)
- Strong Project Management and Multi-tasking Skills
- Data Analysis (Utilizing Excel VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum : $30.29 per hour
Pay Range Maximum : $49.04 per hour

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies : medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
