Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Social Media Specialist & Creator / Executive Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role requires a creative individual who can both create and manage social media content creation and campaigns while also supporting the CEO with various administrative and marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO in managing their schedule and workload, assisting with a variety of projects from administrative tasks to marketing initiatives.
- Create engaging content in various formats including graphics, designs, and videos.
- Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera to create content.
- Edit videos to produce high-quality, compelling content.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including Google Ads and social media paid ad campaigns.
- Organize and multitask different projects efficiently.
- Travel as needed for company projects and events.
- Work flexible hours to meet project deadlines and business needs.
- Invest in personal growth and development to stay current with industry trends and skills.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn and continually improve.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.
- Experience with digital marketing, including Google Ads and social media paid campaigns, preffered
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driven and ambitious with a passion for learning and personal growth.
- Experience with AI marketing is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
