Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day field operations, manpower, and equipment for the drilling division.
- Plan, select, and allocate labor, equipment, and material resources.
- Work seamlessly with drill crews, general foreman, project managers, division manager, and executive leadership.
- Responsible for managing and enforcing field safety to Supreme’s safety program standards.
- Coordinate, implement, and manage construction schedules.
- Establish and maintain a positive culture focused on safety, quality, honesty, and production.
- Travel required based on project locations and requirements.
