Experience and Skills:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ( Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent ability to understand and use software relevant to the position
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to Detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of employees.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an office setting preferred.
- Provides clerical support to the assigned departments
- Track and issue summary reports as requested by any department
- Enters all off-line Automated Collections procedure information into Vista. Maintains the apheresis donor platelet counts and WBC count
- Generates and resolves CQIs
- Prepare reports, statistical data, forms, questionnaires and surveys as necessary
- File and record maintenance
