Qualifications
- 5 Years of Prior Partnership Experience
- 5 Years in Construction, Engineering, or relevant experience
- 5 Years of experience in SaaS software sales
- Experience in building and maintaining partner relationships
- Understanding of HCSS Software features, functionality and how they are used by our customers
- Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with business goals and objectives. Identify and prioritize strategic partnerships that can facilitate lead generation, aid in implementation, build/expand integrations, open new markets and verticals, and/or join the HCSS MarketPlace to support revenue goals.
- Partnership Development: Identify and engage potential partners, including integration, MarketPlace, implementation, industry associations (ARTBA, AGC, etc…), and other relevant organizations. Evaluate partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and develop mutually beneficial relationships that deliver value to HCSS and its customers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the main point of contact. Foster effective communication, collaboration, and trust to drive successful partnerships. Consistently assess partner success and performance while proactively identifying ways to strengthen relationships.
- Revenue Growth: Build a partnership program that drives and supports revenue growth through net new lead generation as well as cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop joint value propositions, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies that maximize revenue generation.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives. Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to drive successful partnership implementations and optimize outcomes.
- Brand Building: Play an active role in thought leadership, industry advancement, and association and partner conference engagement within relevant industry segments through collaboration with sales and marketing as part of the overall go to market strategy.
