What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at HCTHealthcare?
HCT seeks an experienced financial leader to serve as the Interim Controller for a 200 bed hospital in Illinois. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading the financial operations of the hospital and other entities including all Accounting, Financial Reporting, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Third Party Reimbursement, Financial Analysis, Treasury, Tax, Tax Exemption, Budgeting, Financial System Development functions and Chargemaster functions.
- Assisting with growth and integration initiatives throughout the organization including the acquisitions and dispositions of physician practices and other healthcare organizations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required in Accounting or Finance required. MBA Preferred.
- Experience: 10-15 years of management experience. Previous experience in healthcare or healthcare consulting environment.
- Certifications: CPA required
- Systems: Epic, Infor Lawson, ServiceNow
