HCT seeks an experienced Human Resources leader to serve as the Interim Director of Compensation for a 500 bed hospital in Illinois. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Leading the strategic planning, development, implementation, and management of compensation programs to include salary structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs.
- Managing the annual compensation planning process, including merit increases, equity adjustments, and bonuses.
- Leading and mentoring a team of compensation professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability.
Requirements :
