HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Manager of the Operating Room at a 300 bed hospital in Northern California. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Identifies and works to remove barriers that may hinder the delivery of care or the achievement of process / productivity improvement and efficiency.
- Provides and fosters an inclusive work environment that encourages staff engagement, team building and collaboration, establishing a culture of teamwork.
- Monitors department productivity, ensuring operational challenges are addressed timely.
- Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
Requirements :
