HCT seeks an experienced financial leader to serve as the Interim Supervisor of Accounts Payable for a 500 bed hospital in Illinois. This position will oversee the processing, recognition and payment of accounts payable in a high volume environment. Responsibilities include :
- Implementing, and managing the Finance's procure-to-pay tactics to help achieve strategic goals. This includes processing vendor invoices, distributing vendor payments, remitting 1099s annually, optimizing and streamlining the procure-to-pay process while improving overall cash flow and leveraging technology to gain efficiencies where appropriate.
- Continually identifying opportunities for process and system improvements and / or enhancements.
