WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of the hotel. In this role, you will :
- Lead and manage the engineering team, providing direction and support.
- Oversee all maintenance and repair projects, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of hotel assets.
- Monitor energy usage and manage utility systems to optimize efficiency.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
