WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of housekeepers to maintain high cleanliness standards. In this role, you will :
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and inspect rooms for cleanliness.
- Train and mentor housekeepers to deliver top-notch service.
- Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure supplies are well-stocked.
- Assist with scheduling and performance evaluations for the housekeeping team.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
