We are looking for a motivated Canvass Manager to lead and grow our door-to-door lead generation team.
Job Overview :
The Canvass Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of canvassers who generate leads through direct outreach. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and goal-driven performance management to ensure the team meets and exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit & Train : Hire, onboard, and develop a team of motivated canvassers.
- Route Planning : Strategically plan and assign canvassing territories for maximum efficiency.
- Team Management : Motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.
- Lead Quality Control : Ensure collected leads meet company standards for accuracy and potential sales opportunities.
- Field Support : Occasionally canvass alongside the team to lead by example and optimize strategies.
- Reporting & Communication : Provide regular updates to upper management on team progress, challenges, and hiring needs.
