1:1 In Home Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the Portland and surrounding areas to help clients make progress toward their goals.
Job Duties and Clients' Support Needs
- Work 1-on-1 with clients on a consistent schedule at their home and in their community
- Full and Partial assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor clients for safety
- Plan and organize daily tasks
- Provide support (including positive behavior supports) in accordance with a written service plan to help clients reach their goals
- Document services and report to supervisor weekly
- Could be working with medically fragile clients

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 6 months verifiable experience working or volunteering in a direct care setting
Preferred:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience with Group Homes
- Experience with Behavior Support Plans
