Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support, including managing complex calendars, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and ensuring executives are thoroughly prepared with necessary materials and briefings.
- Act as a trusted partner to leadership by managing critical communications, drafting correspondence, and serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives by conducting research, preparing analysis, and helping develop presentations for key business reviews and board meetings.
- Manage special projects as assigned, including coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of objectives.
- Create and maintain efficient administrative processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance executive productivity.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate executive and board meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation of key decisions, and follow-up on action items.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of experience in a professional environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Strong project management skills with ability to drive initiatives from planning to completion
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports
