What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Recruiter - Full Desk position at Head Hunters RPO?
We are looking for two (2) Full-Desk Sales Recruiters to join our team at Head Hunters RPO.
This is primarily a sales job. You will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, signing new clients, and managing your client accounts. You will also be responsible for recruiting candidates for your client's open positions. Your job will be to work with both clients and candidates to drive recruiting projects forward and make successful placements.

\n- Business Development: Identify and engage good-fit potential clients
- Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships and identify new business opportunities with existing client accounts
- Talent Acquisition (TA): Manage your TA pipeline by sourcing and recruiting active and passive candidates to fulfill client needs
- Activity Metrics: Hit clearly defined call, meeting, and proposal metrics
- Sales/Recruiting Expertise: 2 years of relevant sales or recruiting experience preferred
- Communication: Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational: Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to balance both sales and recruiting responsibilities
- Team Player: We're looking for selfless, coachable, and hard-working individuals who can make an immediate impact on the team
