The Head Injury Association is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping Traumatic Brain Injury Survivors and those with Developmental Disabilities. Our mission is to maximize potential and return those we support to the best possible quality of life. We are seeking experienced Residential Program Managers, under guidance of the Residential Directors, the Program Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Residential Home and ensuring the safety and well-being of the Individuals we support.
Job Description:
- Overseeing the safety and well-being of the individuals served
- Supervising and providing guidance to staff
- Ensuring the program is in compliance with OPWDD regulations
- Setting goals and deadlines for their assigned site and preparing reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintaining PNA, ISP's/Life Plans and goal plans/staff action plans
- Payroll and all administrative facets of running the group home.
- Training of new staff
- Completion of regular staff evaluations
***This is an on-call position***
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of group home supervisory experience and 2 years of Direct Support Professional experience working in a Group Home with a Special Needs Population
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Valid New York Driver’s License in good standing
