The role :
The Assistant General Manager
of Food and Beverage is a hands-on role ensuring the seamless operation of the Swingers
beverage program and food partnerships. The F&B AGM is directly
responsible for overseeing the Bar Manager as a direct report, as well as
acting as a liaison and main point of contact for all food vendors. The F&B
AGM assists the General Manager by leading and implementing workflow procedures
based on the direction from the General Manager. They oversee all floor
activities related to service and entertainment on any assigned shift acting in
the capacity of either a Manager on Duty or Lead Manager. With an overriding
focus on team and guest experience the AGM balances operational excellence,
commercial acumen, safety compliance and enhanced emotional
intelligence.
