Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced person to oversee operations in a fast-paced quick service restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with food management standards, and fostering a positive team atmosphere. Making sandwiches prepping vegetables and slicing meats and cheeses. Assembling orders and working with POS system.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
- Manage staff, including shift management to optimize labor costs.
- Train, develop, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in budgeting to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Utilize POS system for transactions, reporting, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with upper management to implement policies and procedures that improve operational efficiency.
Skills
- Proven experience in food management within a quick service fast food restaurant setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues professionally.
- Proficiency in POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, for efficient transaction processing.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management to support operational goals.
- Excellent shift management capabilities to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
