Headlands is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work with our substance treatment program contracts in Ennis and Waxahachie, TX. We are currently hiring for a FULL TIME WEEKDAY and a FULL TIME WEEKEND position involving the following:
- ON-SITE POSITIONS
- Daily visits to both Ennis and Waxahachie locations required
- FULL TIME, 8AM - 6PM, M-Th (40 hours) or FULL TIME, F-Sun 8AM-6PM (30 hours)
- No call requirement
- On-site, rotating schedule covering admissions and follow-up assessments at addiction treatment centers
- Ongoing supervision/education and support provided by addiction specialist MDs and psychiatrists.
- Productivity incentive plan with opportunities to earn additional income
Successful Candidate MUST have the following:
- Current NP or PA license in the state of Texas
- Efficient in multi-tasking and managing workflow. Experienced and able to work autonomously.
- Proficiency with EMR software and electronic communication.
- Ability and willingness to commute to two sites daily
Ideal Candidate will have the following:
- Experience in addiction treatment including withdrawal management
- Experience with medication assisted treatment protocols including buprenorphine and naltrexone.
- PMHNP or PA/NP with significant experience in treating psychiatric conditions.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
