A day in the life...
As the Hart's Camp/Cape Kiwanda RV Park Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining our beautiful RV Resort on the Oregon Coast and will welcome our Guests with a great first impression. You will get to know our Guests staying at the Resort and be a resource for them on things to do and experiences to recommend in the area.
- Guest satisfaction - Receive Guest requests and communicate in an effective manner
- Daily Operation - Coordinate with the Front desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance and GM as needed; and Communicate between Guest and other departments
- Daily Aesthetic and maintenance of park - Mow lawns and landscape upkeep; Trash pickup;Mutt mitt station stocking; Playground cleaning and inspection for safety; RV site inspections; Cleaning the park showers/restrooms/ laundry areas; Propane fills
- Brand Ambassador to welcome the Guests and ensure we deliver our brand promise - Ensure all amenities are working and maintaining brand standards
- Utilize the following technology systems - Alice Ticketing and SMS system; and Smart Phone
You own this if you have…
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Previous groundskeeping experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be flexible with work schedules, job duties and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong time-management skills & multitasking ability
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and work cohesively as part of a team.
