Job Summary
Headwaters Construction Company is seeking a personable and professional Administrative Assistant in our Victor, ID office. The Administrative Assistant provides essential support for our staff in our Victor office. This is a full-time, on-site position, with work performed Monday through Friday.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to multitask
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn Adobe or Bluebeam software
- Experience in a similar role (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, employees, subcontractors, and other guests
- Greet all clients, subcontractors, and other guests – determine their needs and notify appropriate personnel
- Maintain an organized and welcoming physical space, maintain conference rooms, and prep them for meetings as needed
- Order office supplies
- Manage incoming emails
- Scan and file documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Collect lien releases
- Oversee office cleaning staff
- Support the accounting team with various tasks
