Key Responsibilities
- Review design documents for constructability and biddability.
- Manage subcontractor/supplier procurement.
- Prepare subcontractor contracts and supplier purchase orders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working in Preconstruction or estimating.
- Strong analytical and math skills, detail oriented.
