About the Position
We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Manufacturing Integration Engineer to join our team at Headway Technologies, Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that the manufacturing process runs smoothly and efficiently
- Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process
- Providing guidance and support to engineers regarding experiments or evaluations
- Collaborating with the backend process group to ensure that all processes are running effectively
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical or Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics and/or equivalent relevant experience; Master's degree preferred
- Five years of hands-on experience working in either the magnetic thin film fabrication or semiconductor industries in a manufacturing or process engineering role
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Hands' on experience in SPC and Design of Experiments (DOE)
