Licensed Professional Counselor

Healing Counseling Center, INC. is looking to hire several part/full time fully licensed LPC, LCSW, and LMFT clinicians to join our group private practice. We are hiring for remote only positions and for our centrally located McKinney location. Healing Counseling Center, INC. is an ideal setting for clinicians who are looking for flexibility in scheduling and treatment style while still enjoying the benefits of a team setting. We have a fully trained administrative staff that handles scheduling, billing, marketing, and insurance for therapists.

• Responsibilities: Your focus and responsibilities will revolve around seeing clients who are slotted into your scheduled availability and maintaining timely, professional session notes using TheraNest software. You will be paid as a W2 employee with access to benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and bonus structures.

• Qualifications: Have full and unrestricted licensure in the state of Texas. We are no longer seeking associates at this time. Candidates seeking a full time position must be able to work approximately 28-30 hours per week. Part-time positions are also available on a limited basis after full time clinicians are hired. Two evenings of availability will be required weekly (working until 6:30 pm or later).

• Significant preference will be given to candidates who are already credentialed and paneled with insurance companies. We also highly value clinicians who are trained in EMDR, ART, DBT, TF-CBT or similar modalities.
