The IT Support / Systems Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's IT infrastructure. This position is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software systems, ensuring that all technology resources are functioning optimally. The successful candidate will implement security measures to protect sensitive data and provide technical support to staff across various departments. Additionally, they will be involved in system upgrades and installations, ensuring that our technology remains current and efficient. Ultimately, this role is vital for enhancing productivity and supporting the overall mission of the organization through effective technology management.

• Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and applications as needed.
• Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
• Document IT processes and maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.
