At HHM, we do things a little different to make an impact in our communities. We're doing this with our new Pediatric Mobile Clinic. To help us launch this exciting new service in North Texas, we are seeking a Mobile Clinic Manager with a passion for making a difference. As the Mobile Clinic Manager Pediatrics, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our mobile clinic, ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our pediatric patients. You will work closely with our medical staff to ensure that all patients receive the appropriate care and treatment they need. You will collaborate with community partners to identify sites for mobile clinic events. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the clinic's budget, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records.
What your day may look like
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the mobile clinic
- Ensure the highest level of care is provided to pediatric patients
- Work closely with medical staff to ensure patients receive appropriate care and treatment
- Manage clinic budget and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records
What you'll need to get started
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field preferred. Equivalent years of experience and education will be considered.
- 3 years of clinic management experience. Experience with mobile clinics is a plus.
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively
- Experience working with underserved populations
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Valid Drivers License in the state of Texas. Clean and clear driving record.
- Ability to drive or learn to drive a 20ft to 40ft mobile clinic vehicle
- Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed
- Have a servant heart
