What are the responsibilities and job description for the Naturopathic Office Manager position at Healing Peak Regenerative Medicine?
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and making a real impact in people's lives? Do you have the drive to grow with a company and take ownership of your role?
At Healing Peak we specialize in regenerative medicine and natural therapies. Our mission is to restore patients to optimal health through personalized treatment plans combining advances in regenerative medicine, traditional naturopathic and acupuncture therapies. Dr. Nixon is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to each individual patient.
In our naturopathic practice, we are looking for a patient-focused individual to work closely with the doctor and be the primary point of contact. The ideal candidate should be proactive, able to take initiative, and willing to dive into various projects—whether researching vendors, systems, or doctors—saving valuable time and contributing to the practice’s efficiency. Strong skills in billing are highly valued, as we prioritize going above and beyond to support our patients. The practice operates with streamlined and efficient processes, using a tech-forward approach. Collaboration with the doctor is key, rather than managing staff, and the candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly.
