Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Front Desk Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door.
Responsibilities:
•Greet and check in clients with a warm, welcoming attitude
•Manage appointment bookings and schedules
•Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
•Handle payments and manage the register
•Assist with maintaining a clean and organized reception area
•Provide information on spa services and promotions
•Ensure smooth communication between clients and therapists
Qualifications:
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
•Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is a plus
•Familiarity with booking software is a plus, but not required (we’ll train you!)
