Description
Healixis seeking a Regional Sales Executive to join our team as a driver of our infusion center referrals throughbusiness-to-business sales calls, networking with providers, case managers, and other referral sources close to patient care in the St. Louis, MO region.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales and marketing efforts in the St. Louis metro area and for securing patient referrals from physicians. Creating a territory sales plan and regularly assesses progress on opportunities. He / She will use appropriate marketing materials and tools to convey consistent messaging and manage the sales process that ultimately results in physician understanding and appreciation for the benefits of referring patients to Healix Infusion Care's Ambulatory Infusion Center.
- Researches, develops, and implements sales strategies for assigned territory.
- Present partnership opportunities to health system leaders, decision makers and referral sources to drive new business growth. Quantifies the value of partnership and financial / economic terms to decision makers.
- Prioritizes opportunities based on total potential, current referrals, likely profitability, service needs, and probability of success. Uses available information, including internal information and third party data, to understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
- Creates and updates short-and long-term plans and objectives
- Communicates sales strategies to key internal partners, including soliciting input and feedback on proposed strategies.
- Identifies key physicians and practices and builds relationships to gain access to all decision makers.
- Assesses and documents the competitive landscape within the practices.
- Partner with internal and external team members (Specialty Pharmacies, Drug Manufacturers, Distributors) who provide specialized knowledge and experience to grow relationships and sales.
- Conveys and reinforces elements of the value proposition appropriate for each physician / practice decision maker.
- Adjusts messaging based on customer relationship life-cycle (e.g. potential new account vs. long-standing, loyal referral source).
- Nurture relationship and problem solves for key referral sources to retain and grow business
- Manages time and schedule to prioritize business growth and provide service excellence.
- Assists internal staff when necessary and as requested.
