Healix Infusion Therapy is seeking a Full Time Staffing Coordinator to join our corporate nursing team!
As a Staffing Coordinator with Healix, you will have the opportunity to monitor staffing schedules for Healix Infusion Centers to provide adequate clinical coverage for outages; implement cost savings opportunities through effective logistical planning for nurse travelers; schedule PRN staff accordingly and performs operational tasks related to travel expenses as required.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor staffing outages and execute strategies to ensure Healix infusion centers are adequately staffed with qualified personnel.
- Effectively and professionally communicate all staffing outages with a sense of urgency to ensure coverage options are discussed internally as needed.
- Maintain exceptional communication regarding outages with corporate nursing, client services, regional nurse managers, and sites accordingly.
- Serve on an after-hours on call rotation for the staffing hotline.
- Verify employee timecards to ensure accuracy of time worked, labor allocation management, and on call/call back hours entry completed by the employee.
- Assist with management of department operations and expense reporting for nurse field personnel in accordance with payroll and accounting deadlines.
- Ensure employee confidentiality related to personal and/or health concerns are protected.
- Comfortable managing complex situations utilizing critical thinking skills and established professional relationships with managers.
- Other duties as assigned

Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or recent related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
