Due to rapid growth, we’re looking for a dedicated, goal-oriented team member to manage our schedule keeping it busy and productive. What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Confident in answering and making phone calls to ensure a productive schedule.
- Quick learner with computer skills and experience managing different software systems.
- Self-motivated, able to multitask, and stay organized.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling, coordinating, and working with Eaglesoft software.
- Comfortable with discussing payments with patients.

Who You’ll Be Working With
- Neda: Our full-time dental hygienist, known for her hard work, wit, and caring nature. She’s always looking out for her teammates.
- Katherine: A former dental assistant who has grown into one of our most beloved hygienists. She’s an excellent educator that patients love.
- You’ll also work alongside: Rebecca (our part-time hygienist), Dr. Cassis, Dr. Hosaka, and our dedicated dental assistants Shenica and Karen.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, schedule patient appointments.
- Keep schedule productive.
- Confirm appointments via phone and tex.
- Manage our recall system.
- Assist welcoming patients, collecting and processing patient payments.
- Keep your desk area clean and organized.

Competitive Compensation We offer $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience. Additionally, you’ll be eligible for our incentive program after 90 days of employment.
Work Hours
- Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- One Saturday per month: 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM
