Summary / Objective :

As an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, customization, and optimization of the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Your expertise will help enhance our Salesforce system's functionality and user experience, enabling us to serve our customers better and achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer and manage our Salesforce CRM platform, including system configurations, security settings, custom objects, and workflow rules.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, design, and implement business process improvements within Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Lead the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests, working closely with Salesforce developers as needed.

Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform.

Conduct regular system audits and prepare for major releases, implementing best practices to maintain data quality and integrity.

Manage Salesforce integrations with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

Drive the adoption of new Salesforce features and functionalities, including custom developments, to enhance business processes and user experience.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials for users.

Serve as the primary liaison between our company and Salesforce support services.

Stay informed about Salesforce updates and trends, recommending improvements to our system and processes.

Skills Required :

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;

Must be self-motivator and self-starter;

Exceptional listening and analytical skills;

Solid time management skills;

Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment;

Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed;

Education / Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Administrator certification is a plus).

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex environment.

Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, with a proven track record of implementing successful enhancements.

Excellent project management skills and experience managing Salesforce projects from conception to implementation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Technical Knowledge :

Must be proficient with Google Suite

Experience with Salesforce Lightning and familiarity with Salesforce development languages (APEX, VisualForce) is preferred.

Experience with Google Gmail and Calendar. Expert-level skills in Documents and Sheets.
