About The Role
ReUp Education is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage and improve our Salesforce platform. In this role, you’ll support teams across the company by ensuring the system is stable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
You’ll be part of the engineering team and work closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Salesforce. This role is key to helping our systems grow with the organization and support users effectively.

What You'll Do
As our Senior Salesforce Administrator, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM system, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Configure custom fields, objects, layouts, workflows, and approval processes.
- Build and update reports, dashboards, and automation processes.
- Monitor and improve data quality and system performance.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
- Support users and train new team members on the platform.
- Evaluate and implement new Salesforce features, tools, and updates.
- Conduct system audits and manage platform upgrades.
- Recommend improvements to processes and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system alignment.
- 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
- Experience with configuration, customization, and system integrations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Experience managing Salesforce projects and system improvements.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus.
- Familiarity with data modeling and data management in Salesforce.
- Competitive salary of 130,000 - 150,000 USD annually (Austin, TX)
