Health Advocates Network is hiring a Provider Relations Specialist (1 Year Exp Req) ! This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospital located in Coral Springs, FL.

Shift : Days (8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm)

Qualification and Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail.
Prior experience in a healthcare or DME environment, particularly with obtaining medical documentation, is a plus.
Comfortable spending majority of day assisting patients via phone.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other team members.
Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help patients manage their diabetes effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with providers to promote our DME services.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in diabetes management and treatment to provide informed assistance to patients and the healthcare team.
Facilitate communication between healthcare providers and internal teams, ensuring prompt resolution of any service issues, delays, or product inquiries.
Educate providers on our DME product offerings, usage guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Work with providers to secure the necessary prescriptions, clinical notes, and other supporting documentation required to fulfill Continuous Glucose Monitor orders.
Other duties as assigned.
