Your primary responsibilities will include calling doctor’s offices to request necessary documentation, assisting patients, and reviewing medical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. This position is critical to ensuring the timely delivery of medical equipment to patients.

- Initiate outbound calls to doctor’s offices to request required documentation for patient care and equipment delivery.
- Assist patients by ensuring their documentation is complete and addressing any questions or concerns.

- Maintain organized records of all communications and documentation requests.
