Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Proactively source, screen, and initiate contact with qualified Nurse Practitioner candidates, facilitating a seamless hiring process.
- Lead and oversee all HR functions for our practice, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies and programs.
- Completes onboarding paperwork and process for all new hires such as background checks, onboard tracking and communications prior to start.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Implement performance management to enhance employee performance.
- Provide support to employees with any benefit-related questions or concerns. Assists all eligible employees in benefit enrollment.
- Additional projects and/or responsibilities as assigned.
- Completes and weekly new hire and termination reports
- Completes requested reports from department managers
- Process I-9s and E-Verify for new employees

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations a must
- Extensive knowledge of all State regulations, and IRS reporting
- Strong organizational, analytical and multi-tasking skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Capability of effective planning and priority setting
- Experience leading employee engagement, performance management, and talent development programs
- Ability to manage a diversified workforce.
- Ability to work in a growing environment as it relates to infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Qualifications (Experience, Education, Licensure, Certification)
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years HR experience
- Prior medical experience required
- Masters or SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification also preferred.
Candidate Experience:
- Required 1-2 year(s) experience within an HR environment in a medical office. With experience in screening candidates (preferably Psychiatrist, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
